The book "Women of the Century" was prepared by Women’s Information Center. It is about life and activities of women, residing in Georgia and beyond it. Among the 60 women you will find the following professions: writers, poets, artists, journalists, doctors, lawyers, sculptors and other public women. Their characters, professions and lifestyle are different from each other but they have one common property – they are women who leave their footprints in this century that throws obstacles in people’s way.
